we had a sewer line burst, from word of mouth i called this company. I was glad i did, Paul came out, very nice man and knows his you know what! Showed us what the problem was and what it took to fix it. gave us a quote which was a very fair price. Did a great job. So when you need a plumber, call this company.

I cannot day enough good things about this company. I have been trying to get a reputable plumber out here for a week and a half for a flood issue. Then my basement floods again. Out of everyone I contacted which was almost everyone in my immediate area.... these guys were the most prompt and professional. Everyone is flooded and they still found a way to get me in first thing and resolve my issue to my expectations. I am quite impressed. They explain everything to where you can really understand and give you good idea of the potential issues and a break down of each costs. Fairly reasonably priced I’d have to say! They don’t try to sell you on what you don’t need either. They were in and out within a half hour! I wish I would have contacted these guys over a week ago! Thank you guys so much!

This is the third time I called Ken at Downriver Plumbers. This time I didn't ask for a price on the repairs. They came right out fixed the needed repairs with a honest price. Ken even went down to the store to get replacement parts. I gave Downriver Plumbers a 5 star review. Needless, to say I will call Downriver Plumbers again.

I called Downriver Plumbing with an emergency, the technician came out within an hour. He went and got all the supplies, fixed my water tank and cleaned up as if he was never here. His price was cheaper than the other quotes I got too. I’m so glad I found them. Thank you, will use again.

You call, they don't answer. You leave a message, they don't reply. You text, they don't reply. Why TF have a service phone number if you aren't going to do any of that?! Look elsewhere, fellas, these people are a waste of time 👎👎👎.
