15 & Mound location is my #1 choice thanks to Stephanie. I drive 25 minutes to come to this location because I know I'm in good hands. She is so knowledgeable on what level bed is best and what time limit is best for your skin type/color. I've never had any issues and feel completely confident in her suggestions. I've been to other locations that unfortunately do not have employees as knowledgeable and just put me in beds for the max time and I end up burnt. Stephanie is the best!!!

INITIAL REVIEW: I got a spray tan yesterday for a convention tomorrow. I was told to rinse after 4-6 hours. She did 2 coats to make it dark. I rinsed off, gently patted dry after 6 hours and followed all directions. The next morning I almost have no tan line. I see my paleness on my legs. Waste of money and this puts a damper on my weekend. I took a photo but can’t post that publicly.
UPDATE: I called after posting this review and the manager, Stephanie reacted in a way you'd want any manager to. She was understanding and receptive to what had happened and quickly trying to rectify. I ended up going back the day before my convention to have it redone by Stephanie who has far more experience. This threw the day of- course because I was now trying to preserve a fresh spray tan versus enjoying my first day of vacation. But, it was better than not having one at all after I'd paid for one. She fixed it complimentary and offered a discount for the future. Overall, I would go back, as long as she is the one performing.

I had a membership here and the tanning beds are fine everything is clean no problems there. The end of April I was in there and told the employee that I was moving to Taylor and my son would be home with me I would no longer be able to come in. She told me my only option would be was to cancel with a $20 fee. I asked her if I needed to call anyone and she clearly said “no you can do it right here” then proceeded to tell me I can visit until April 30th. Now the beginning of June I get charged for 2 months. I call my husband calls and all I can get offered is store credit? That’s extremely unreasonable to not even refund me for June. I do not live close enough to any locations. I mean May is over keep that but to keep the money for June when you know the situation from the beginning is pure greed. Let alone the way the employee that dropped the ball doesn’t feel the need to apologize. If business was booming you wouldn’t need to steal from people. My sister was also a customer and she will no longer do business with you and anyone in the future I will also inform of this. It is in very cruel business to not have any understanding that someone unexpectedly has to move. You could’ve said “ok there’s obviously been some misunderstanding let me refund you for June and we’ll keep May”. It’s not that hard d to have a heart.
