I’ve had H2FLOW out to my house twice to repair my sprinkler. Jim is very responsive and professional. They came out within 24 hours and made the repairs for a very affordable price. Absolutely horrible customer service. I called Jim two years ago to come service my residential condo and he never once said he only did businesses and condos. He came for two years and no problems and appreciated his service. I called him this year to set up my normal winterizing service and he said to call the beginning of October to set it up. I texted him tonight, not to bother him to find out a time that we could work out because I do work full-time only now does he tell me that he no longer services condos residentially, but only complexes and businesses. The rudest person on earth I’ve never heard of such a thing to tell me that last minute when it’s difficult to find companies that will take customers and are good at what they do because I have been there before. I would never recommend him because you can’t trust him. He will let you go for no reason last minute leaving you in the wind and I was a great customer with no concerns. Be best to try somebody else as what a liar when a review a month ago and prior are all PRIVATE residences!

When inevitable unforeseen issues arose, (not having to do with their work) Jim and Brandon were resourceful, helpful and creative to find solutions.
