Dominic and Jeff are awesome, they went above and beyond our expectations. We had flooding in our basement. Dominic saw the problem was a clogged down spout overflowing in one spot. In the pouring rain, he quickly created a tool to unclog it. Due to the heavy rain that day, they couldn’t do the exterior patchwork. So they covered the area where the leak was outside and made a quick trip to the store to buy material for some interior patchwork to prevent more water coming through. Dominic and Jeff then returned 2 days later to do the concrete patchwork while it was not pouring rain. I was also surprised to see the space they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived. This is our second time using Roto service and we are still pleased and will continue to use their services. Thank you!

They are great they’re very clean very respectful and did a amazing job. I would tell anyone to go through them to get their things done specially, when it comes to plumbing your sewer lines awesome.

Had an over night weekend emergency, of whole house clog. My call was answered quickly and in a short time Dominic arrived to save the day. He efficiently removed the stoppage and had me back in operation quickly. Dominic was super friendly, polite and kept everything tidy. He even helped me to contact someone for clean up. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

We had Dominick out today, after we’d paid hundreds to other companies the last two weeks and I didn’t go into today with high expectations because I was severely let down over the other companies we had out not being able to find or fix the problem. Dominick exceeded any and all expectations (even if they were high). He was very friendly and knowledgeable and instantly located and fixed our problem making us wish we would have just called Roto-Rooter from the start!

I have had the best experiences using Roto Rooter from unclogging sewer pipe to changing an outdoor spigot. Each time they have come, the technician was friendly and polite and very knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
