Tried a Monday spin class last week and LOVED it! I appreciate that they have drop in options to switch things up and the owner and other participants were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

my hairline is not straight and my hair is uneven. I asked for half off and he cut way more off. Great customer service, just wish the cut was better

I have been going to Rhonda's beginner spin class for a couple of months now and I love it. She teaches you the basics on how to set up a bike and what the terminology means to prepare you for spinning anywhere. Rhonda's classes are both the most fun and challenging spin classes I've ever taken!

Tony washed and did a silk press and WOW! Excellent hair wash and condition. My hair is beautiful and smells wonderful too!
