One of my favourite places I've ever been! The food tasted very fresh, and was prepared perfectly. It was really fun watching the grill, and the staff were very cool! On top of it the decoration is beautiful. I don't have all of the words to describe how cool it was!

I was seated quickly. Took a while for my waitress to greet me but I think it was because she was waiting on a table of 8 by herself. The salad, soup and sushi rolls were all delicious. The presentation on the sushi was a great touch. The portion size for the triple hibachi dinner leaves a lot to be desired though. Especially for $40. Also, the lighting is a tad bit too dark. Overall, my dining experience was great.

I had the pleasure of being served by Faith during my recent visit to Ichiban, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we were seated, Faith made us feel welcomed with her warm and friendly demeanor. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and checking in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed.
Her knowledge of the menu was exceptional, and she offered great recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. The service was prompt, and she handled our special requests with grace and efficiency. It’s clear that Faith takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers' experience.
Overall, Faith made our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Her professionalism and positive attitude are truly commendable. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ichiban, and I hope to be served by her again.

Visited for dinner and Z waited on us! His service was incredible and he was attentive and accommodating with food allergies. So glad we sat at Z’s table today. What a great experience.
Our sushi display by the chef was beautiful, I have to share a picture and give the sushi chef kudos because it was a sight to see! Love this place. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I had an amazing experience at Ichiban in Sterling Heights! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors in every dish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.
My server, Devon, was outstanding! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot-on, and his positive attitude really added to the overall experience. Thank you, Devon, for making my visit extra special!
I highly recommend Ichiban to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
