I want to start off by saying the studio is extremely clean, and the instructors are knowledgeable and kind. However my one gripe is with the Barre format. The arm portion is the exact same for every class. I understand the warm up being repetitive, however, doing the same workouts for upper body is not challenging, nor does it initiate change in those areas. For the price, the instructors should be switching up the weighted arm portion. The ab portion can be repetitive as well. With all the barre and Pilates classes available now, i am tempted to explore other options due to the monotony. The only section where there is true variety and challenge is seat and thighs. That portion is amazing but it is not a well rounded workout to only have the lower body challenged. It is my honest feedback that we should be provided different arm and ab workouts for barre. I am not the only one who feels this way.

I did a free first class at Barre Reaction last summer and absolutely fell in love! It’s such a positive environment with friendly, supportive instructors. Highly recommend- it’s the best way to unwind and get in a great workout!

I LOVE this place! Barre Reaction has become my second home. I have been attending classes since it opened 5 years ago. They offer a variety of classes. All fitness levels, body types, and ages are welcome. Modifications are always available to suit you. The instructors are amazing. Always positive and encouraging. I have met and made so many friends through this studio. I cannot say enough good things about Barre Reaction! It has been a wonderful addition to the Union Lake area :)

I am very satisfied with this studio.
Instructors are indescribably great.
Exercising with powerful music is exciting, fun, and enjoyable as dancing.
At the end of each class, the muscles of the entire body, from the tip of the head to the toes, are filled with elastic energy.
Here, I am in the process of achieving physical balance. For an energetic day,
I highly recommend this place.
