Terrible service.. I would never recommend her to anyone I know.
Gave her information in February and she filed our taxes in June and did not alert us that it was filed late.
We learned by the IRS in July that we incurred $1400 is fees. She was paid in full and did not try to resolve the issue. After reaching out to her she told us she wasn’t available until September. I’m very disappointed in the treatment.

We walked right in and were greeted with fast, friendly service. They had excellent coffee, and did our taxes in no time at all. Marlene Curtis is truly an expert! I would recommend Curtis over any other place in Flint. Conveniently located downtown in the same bldg as Chase bank.

Curtis Tax Services is AMAZING! Marlena is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to taxes and other financial services she provides! She’s a MASTER at what she does!
