I opened up the door and the lady said “ This is a gym” I’m thinking to myself well I am college educated and know how to read. So I said yes I am aware that is why I stopped by. She then says “I thought you were thinking this was a store” smh so done and will never try this place out!

This studio is so beautiful! Lina is such a vibe & knows how to have a good time. She takes the time to make sure everyone is getting through each exercise with correct form and keeps us motivated and laughing during the entire session! After booking my first private party session with lina my group and I were not disappointed, it was a great time! I’m look forward to many more classes at Reform Infrared Pilates!

Reform isn't just a Pilates gym... it's an experience. I have been doing Pilates for years & can honestly say nothing beats these classes. The instructors are so friendly and motivating, constantly switching things up to keep it new and exciting.

This place is slowly becoming my addiction lol! I've been consistently going once a week attending classes with Brooke. She challenges you and switches it up every time so you get a super effective workout! I do not have the membership but i have been able to get in every week by jumping on the waitlist. Even with that I have noticed such anmprovement with strength and post injury mobility. Absolutely my favorite pilates class I've ever done and the place is so cute!
