Thanks to my friend for inviting me to one of the Saturday classes. Jeff and Tara are great instructors. The class was a good mix of challenging and relaxing. It was a welcoming environment and the place was clean. I definitely will be back!

Thanks to my colleague who recommended 2244 hot yoga, and I finally found some time to try it out today. I absolutely love it! Jeff and Tara are kind and amazing instructors! The room is hot and the yoga is amazing! 10/10 experience. I'll definitely make it part of my future life~

This was my first time doing hot yoga and couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Jeff led today’s class and was so welcoming. He gives great explanations on each pose and the practice itself. I left feeling super proud and in a great mood. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough.

This is an amazing, life changing place. I went to the community class and felt great after. My anxiety for the coming week was a lot more manageable after taking this class. The heat is challenging, but it is adjusted throughout the class. The overall space is very clean and relaxing and the bathrooms and showers are clean. I’m a beginner at yoga and this class is truly for everyone, modifications are offered if you need poses to be easier or more challenging. Would definitely come here again.

As a beginner Deanna was so helpful, the way she instructs the class is enjoyable and fun. I learned alot. Yes it is hot and I thought my glasses were gonna melt 🤣 I suggest wearing contacts if u have the option. The studio is huge, loved the space and also they have showers and plenty of room to relax before or after class. I highly recommend for beginners that need some guidance 🙏
