I have been thankful for the time and investment I have made at AussieFIT. Sam was definitely the right decision for me. I have been working on weight loss and muscle building. At 58 years old I feel as good as I have in so long. Pain is practically non-existent as we have worked on flexibility and strengthening of neglected muscles. I simply could not have done this on my own. Sam has amazing attention to detail and form ensuring safe and effective progress on my entire situation. Additionally she has guided me in workouts that I do at my local gym and that service has been invaluable. I've taken multiple classes with Sam and can confidently say she is the best trainer I've seen. Super knowledgeable, personalizes all the workouts to your goals/abilities, and actually makes exercising something I look forward too! Can't recommend her enough!

Sam is the best!! Her training sessions are fun but challenging and she does an excellent job keeping you motivated. I appreciated Sam’s knowledge, professionalism, and the positive atmosphere she creates during our workouts. Would highly recommend!
