Henry Kraus at OHM Restoration, did an absolutely phenomenal job on the clothing damaged in the flood at my home. He was very personable when he first arrived at the house. He told us exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. His team arrived on time, every time. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I highly recommend OHM Restoration company for anyone that has items damaged in either a fire or flood.

OHM did a superior job coming to our home and throughly going through our fire damaged clothes and returning our clothes in great condition. I can't say enough about this family owned business!

Do not use this company for insurance cleaning. They will gouge your insurance. The intial bill was for 40k then they saw my contents amount and up charged my insurance to 75k for clothes they either destroyed or didn't even clean. Who charges 75k to clean clothes...I could buy all new clothes with 75k. I believe them to be in cahoots with my public adjusters as well giving kickbacks. This is a shady company... DO NOT USE THEM! I'm reporting them for fraud as well as my PA.

If you've ever been through a fire. This is the company that will take advantage of your loss billing for hours of cleaning they didn't perform boxing up imaginary items. Jeff Kraus leads his team of counterfeits to say they were working for 10 hours when they've only been there for 2. They say we are going to bag all items and weigh them but I guess they've been in business for so long, they don't need a scale or bags anymore. Since all they did was eyeball it. My wife and I just experienced one of the worst things that could happen to a family. A fire. During this time, all you can wish for is someone to be truthful, finding valuable items that you may want to keep while doing away with items that are no longer usable. This company has lied about what they would do to my wife's face and while she's at the job. Possibly a good company for having garments cleaned but I would steer clear if there is insurance involved and this place has to write an estimate of the services they will render. Jeff and his team counted 9 pair of pants from a family of five. Today my wife counted 98 excluding our daughter's room which is a complete loss. Jeff counted 40 shirts and left 170 on the table. Maybe the rest was counted in bulk excluding the closet they never went in. Said he scaled and bagged everything for an accurate total of items they would reimburse to us for cleaning. There were several companies there this day and none of them had seen a scale but one did let Jeff borrow a bag no lol. I took the phone from my wife as Jeff was arguing her down about what he did and just asked him to show proof. Do you have pictures of the items you bagged and weighed for insurance purposes? Have yet to hear back from this man regarding this. I guess us having a fire has inconvenienced them or they're not used to the home owners being there or to be paying attention since you've just experienced a traumatic event. I'm not sure but what I am sure of is that it's not professional to keep arguing with an owner whether right or wrong. Just bad for business listening to Jeff arguing my wife down over the phone about something he did not do
