Positive Chimney installed a Jøtul F 500 V3 Oslo in our cottage west of Cadillac. We were very happy with the experience. The project and sales manager was knowledgeable and good at communication options and also very helpful in working out a time where I could be present for the install.
The quality of the install work was top notch and the installation crew were courteous, professional and kind enough to entertain my questions while clearly communicating what they were doing. This included a few key points where we had to make decisions about finalizing the location of the stove and the chimney.
The installed stove is working well and keeping us warm.

We recently had a new fireplace installed in our home. Scott and the crew that performed the work did an excellent job. The attention to detail and the quality of their work is exceptional. They were very accommodating to some changes that we wanted to make to the stonework and we are very pleased with the end result. They were also willing to work with our cabinet maker to ensure that everything fit together perfectly. I would highly recommend Positive Chimney to anyone who is looking for a turnkey installation of a high-quality fireplace. We worked with Herb at the Ludington office to spec everything out and then with Scott during the installation. Very friendly and professional people to work with.

I had a clean and get operational service call for 2 units, a pellet and a propane fireplace. Matt and I think Brook came out and they could not have been anymore fantastic. They were beyond professional. Taught me how to maintain them, answered all my rookie questions. They are definitely an asset to the company. I now have two functional and pristine looking units and could not be any happier. The picture is the after, the before you couldn't see through the glass. They put tarps down all over the place to guard the carpet. I definitely recommend this company and while I don't know about the other service techs, ask for Matt and Brook, the BEST. Thanks guys!

On time and friendly. Had a positive experience with them. I highly recommend them for any work you need with your fireplace! The wife and I are considering getting a insert put in for a better heating of the house. From the phone call to the techs we had a 110% positive experience.
