I had the best experience at Vivid IV Health! Mike is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping others with their health and wellness. I loved the comfortable environment that feels very warm and welcoming too. Being a busy working Mom of 2, I received the Anti-Anxiety IV and I could tell it really boosted me and I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend a visit and will be returning again!

I had an incredible experience with Michael. I came in not knowing what to expect, and my expectations were blown away.
Super clean and warm environment. He made sure I was completely comfortable and even got to watch Netflix during the appointment! My partner came with me and we had a private room. Seriously recommend !!

Mike Balk and his team at Vivid IV Health are amazing! The business is run very professionally and efficiently, with respect to people's busy lives and schedules. Mike's knowledge and 'bedside manner' is upstanding and genuine. I appreciate his desire to tailor his services and recommendations to patient's individual needs. The lounge is a very clean, beautiful and calm environment and no detail has been left undone. Very thankful for Mike and his business, that has literally changed my health!

Really enjoyed my first IV therapy treatment here! It was only a couple steps away from the Weston-Commerce parking ramp, which I very much appreciated as someone not overly familiar with parking in GR. Upon entering the facility, it was very quiet and welcoming, with a homey vibe. Michael was super personable and comfortable to talk to. He made a somewhat anxiety-inducing experience into a breeze! I was able to sit anywhere, including a private room if I wished, and I was offered complimentary drinks and snacks a couple times through my service. It reminded me a lot of someone hosting a guest in their home and doing everything they can to make you comfy! Overall I had a very pleasant experience, and would recommend to anyone seeking a treatment!
For anyone with trauma-related sensitivities: It did *appear* as though Michael and I were the only ones in the facility, there could’ve been more employees working in the back, but he was the only person I saw. I was fine with this, but if you would be more comfortable with another woman/person attending, I would recommend calling ahead to see if you could work that out for an appointment. I’m sure they would be happy to accommodate!

This was my second time visiting Vivid IV in GR, and has another great experience.
Adrionna helped me the first time and she was excellent, friendly, and personable -I was instantly comfortable.
Today I met Mike Balk, the owner, and he was awesome, accommodating and an all around great guy.
Would highly recommend and will be back.
