Very unprofessional and unsafe environment. The manager talked about everyone to everyone. Wanting you to dislike other co-workers. So unprofessional. I was terminated 1 week before Christmas for no apparent reason. Yes, this is an AT WILL employment. The new laws go in effect in March of this year. This is now a right to work state. They terminated me after I was harassed by a new employee that I was training. She made the work environment very hostile. She was verbally and physically abusive but I was terminated. I’ve never had any right ups and disciplinary actions. All this happened in front of the supervisor. No one talked to me about the situation. The manager was notified about the incident that day. No one asked me questions about what happened that day. The person whom was very hostile and violent went home after the attack. I stayed until the end of my shift and I received a phone on my way home and they terminated me. The lady that was violent and hostile is still employed with them. So it’s also not a safe place to work.

Not a good place to work at all. They will hire you for certain schedule. Than switch your schedule without notice. Than when they need to you to come in on your normal schedule they will ask with no notice. And even after you comply with all that they will let you go for no reason telling you they are temporarily closing which I found to be a lie. They also expect each person to operate 3 different forklifts so you pull the orders make sure they are all correct and load and unload trucks changing machines 100 times a day. Than after letting you go text you asking if you wanna come work 1 day a week.

Scams. Sign on bonuses you never get. Programs that never was intended to pay out. Non-consideration for good workers no matter the status, new and old decent drivers who attempt to do theyre job no matter how many changes are made with or with or without reason or reasonable accomodations or people with class. Eli doesn't respond to good people just people who get on his nerves. No matter what good or bad right or worse it's better to keep spinning people and keep them assuming then do what's right. Truthfully if you have people vouching for you or getting the work done for you and they're good people honest people those you trust them let them do the job... diamond. Find out what you have to do and have goals set before going in. There is no reason or room for growth.

TERRIBLE company to work for. VERY HIGH Turn over rate, unprofessional management. Eli Diamond and Mike is running Logos into the ground faster than its already going. They hire managers and supervisors with no degrees or prior experience to lead a fumbling team. They gossip about your personal business and get mad when u cant work overtime so they cut yours hours when u dont comply. They advertise 1 thing online then offer different deal once working. The actual work is way more than described in job description. Very unprofessional hostile work environment. They’re trucks are over 10 years old and a lot of customers discontinue business due to the EVERYDAY breakdowns of trucks and trailers. Cant depend on them to get your supplies shipped in a timely manner! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
