My experience on 8-29-2024 was poor. My appointment was for 10:00am, however I was not brought back to a treatment room until 11:20am. I was there for a routine exam and cleaning. At 11:40 I informed the hygienist I had a 1:00pm webinar that cost me $350.00 and it was not refundable. With this information I only only received flossing, X-rays and polishing. The doctor came in and took mine and my wife's medicine history, however she left and did not return. At 12:10pm I walked out so I would not miss my appointment. My time is very important to me. I felt disrespected and I will not return. I recommend not to waste your time coming to this office especially if your time is important to you.

Can’t lie the experience I’ve had here has been top tier. I’ve been desiring a dentist office that’s committed to excellent care and phenomenal customer service… plus the bathroom smells like bleach which let’s me know their committed to a clean environment.

What an amazing practice! Fantastic dentist and staff, really makes you feel comfortable. I went in for an emergency situation... in pain and left healed and relieved! Dr. Aisha is the BEST! Highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Used to love it here not sure if they got new staff but they are extremely rude! I came here to support black business but this is a prime example of why people don’t want too ! Get it together please.

The staff is nice but the service I received was unprofessional i feel like the visit was fraud. I already had reservations because of the location but the office seemed new in clean. My first visit was exrays etc .. couldn't get scheduled for a cleaning until 1 1/2 months later only to arrive and them to fake deep clean my right side for 10 minutes and tell me to come back in march another month 1/2 later for the left the Dr says she forgot to schedule both sides but wasnt accommodating. I think it's insurance scam on the less fortunate
