Customer service is great. I got the mini cupcakes. Cookies & cream, strawberry cheesecake and southern red velvet. 10s across the board. & the place is decorated so nicely, if i had a work from home job id sit in that cafe all day

Great coffee shop! Friendly staff. Beutiful decor. There are plenty of seats. They have a delicious ice cream bar. Mouthwatering fresh, sweet treats. Quick service.

I ordered a cinnamon roll donut which was really good but I was about 80% done eating it when I noticed an animal hair in the container that was under the donut the whole time, gross. I called the restaurant and told the manager. She was either shocked or didn’t believe me because she said OMG sorry to hear that and said have a good night. Didn’t offer me any compensation or anything like that. I genuinely just wanted to let them know as constructive criticism and maybe other people would not have to experience this. But since they did not seem to care I thought I’d inform others.

I work nearby so I used to nearly daily purchase drinks, cupcakes, and bagels from Bakehouse, however since my last visit I've decided to go back to Starbucks because it just felt icky. Every other time I have mobile ordered I just give them my name for the order and if it's an item from the fridge I just grab it, but the employee that day wanted me to show proof. That alone would have been fine even though they normally just check the screen on their POS, however the attitude it was done with made me feel like the employee was accusing me of stealing a water bottle. I don't know why that tone was taken, but I am part black and wore an eye patch in store that day so perhaps it had to do with that? Either way my loyal daily patronage will have to end because I refuse to pay people to harass and profile me.

Honestly! The donuts are to die for! I’m in love with the fresh baked old fashioned plain donuts, because they simple do them Better than anywhere I’ve tasted. I love knowing that I don’t have to make a trip to the Cider Mill if I just want a quick outing.
Trendy atmosphere, smiling faces, delicious ice cream, and too many delightful pastries to name! I guess you’ll have to try them all! Metered parking! Now serving indoor during COVID-19! Social distanced. Definitely add this to your list of must try desserts for your upcoming outings with friends or family! 5 Stars across the board.
