This is review is for the installation of Whole-House Generator.
Kelly Brothers is a pleasure to work with. The company has great communication and love the email notifications to give a heads up prior to technician arrival.
The Crew were highly skilled. The power cables are fixed neatly through my basement and out through the brick wall. It is a joy to find such workmanship. The job was done in a timely manner.
The only hiccup was that the salesperson had previously promised landscaping around the generator, and it was not communicated to the crew. Scott Lenahan went the extra mile to fulfill that promise on the weekend, and he did a fantastic job (see photos before & after) he deserves every dollar of the bonuses or raises, and I think Kelly Brothers is lucky to have him. Really appreciate it, Scott!
Thank you, Kelly Brothers, now I have peace of mind during power outages. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

This place is excellent! They are right around the corner from my work. I had a new furnace installed back in 2019 with great results. So when my furnace stopped working yesterday. I had no hesitation calling them this morning. Ed and Tyler? I believe were at the house within a few hours after their other service calls. Within no time at all, they found the problem and quickly resolved it. They are fast and effective and overall very decent on prices. Highly recommend Kelley Brothers LC!

This company's customer service is excellent. My technician, Jessie, serviced my Generac generator with pristine care. He has a passion for this work, and it shows in his confidence in his knowledge about the product. I am grateful for his explanations/teachings come across in a clear and simple manner. I am confident that my Generator is well taken care of. He represents this company with pride. He arrived to the appointment on time and is very professional. I recommend his work 100 times over.

Jesse had the issue diagnosed before I got to my house to meet him. He ran all the confirmation tests, and explained what he was doing. He also explained the WiFi set-up so I could be more informed about the status of the generator. Thank you Kelley Bros. for sending Jesse to this service call !

Brett and his partner serviced my Generator this morning. They were both professional and courteous.
Brett troubled shot the unit and in a short time they had it in running condition.
Kelley Brothers definitely will be my go to company.
I'd also like to thank the women that I talked to on the phone, she was very helpful.
