My HP laptop wouldn't turn on. I took it in on Friday at 5 after almost all places were closed. The case was opened in front of me and within minutes the problem was determined to be the internal power cable had failed. Aside from waiting a couple days for a longer cable to arrive due to HP using a longer than what they had on hand cable the repair was inexpensive, quick and easy.
I am quite pleased with the level of service and will be looking at them first for any computer repairs or replacements in the future.

I was searching for an affordable gaming PC for my son for Christmas and came across this business. I called with numerous questions, comparing systems and components from other stores, as I’m not very familiar with gaming computers. The staff and owner were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the process. I eventually visited the store to explore my options and piece together something within my budget. Their guidance made the experience seamless, and I purchased a PC that I’m excited for my son to open on Christmas. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend this business!

My husband and I are extremely unhappy with this place. They charged him a $25 service fee when he brought in his Dell laptop. Okay. That was reasonable. Then they called him about two hours later and said they had no idea what was wrong with it. No explanation other than that. Just come and pick it up. Never again.

Years ago, a friend / former small business owner recommended ACS, Inc when I had a hardware failure on a tower build. They efficiently diagnosed the issue and replaced the part at an affordable cost.
Several years later I had them perform deep cleaning at two different times on a separate tower system and once again they performed the task efficiently and affordably.
Fast forward to roughly 2 weeks ago, and a different tower system was stuck in partial boot attempts, cycling the fans, flashing lights on the motherboard but never making even to the bios. (as I don't keep a host of onsite/test parts to self diagnose I once again enlisted their aid and they came through once again)
Strongly recommend these folks!
