This is the first time my wife and I have been to Archival Brewing. Brian G was our server and he did a great job! He was very informative, knowledgeable and welcoming! He was the only bartender at lunch and seemed to handle several table, means he was experienced and good at what he does!
The food was pretty good, and the cocktails were amazing! I started with a bees wax old fashion, I believe it is a seasonal cocktail. It was awesome, highly recommend trying if it’s available! My wife had a traditional mule, which was still well done!
We started with the brussel sprouts. They were good. I didn’t feel like they were to die for or that I needed to have them again, but they still were done good (Brussel sprout critic here haha). For lunch my wife went with the French Dip sandwich. She really enjoyed it and would get it again. I tried the Autumn Salad with chicken. Very filling, but pretty good. I would try it again, maybe with steak next time.
Overall, food was good, experience and service were fantastic!

On a late snowy Sunday afternoon we strolled in with the family of 8. We were easily accommodated and welcomed. Appetizers, food and cocktails were all great... the 3 little ones thoroughly enjoyed their own pizzas (especially when they could add bacon)! Really appreciate the gluten free options. Thank you for welcoming us. We will be back to enjoy the outdoors when the seasons turn.

Pros
Service: The bartender made us feel like he was happy we were there (and they were decently busy). He was very knowledgeable about the beers which is good because they aren’t common styles. He was attentive. The staff works very well as a team, happy to help each other.
Food/Beer: The chicken bacon ranch sandwich we had was REALLY GOOD! The beers were mostly styles not common commercially. The 5 we sampled were all really good.
Atmosphere: We sat at the Biergarten. Wonderful outdoor space with a nice prairie view.
Cons: None know.
This is an awesome place to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

We stopped in to try a couple beers and absolutely fell in love! Such a cool place to hang out! There was a band on the patio, fire pits, bean bags, families hanging out, just awesome atmosphere! Everyone having fun, relaxing and enjoying the evening.
We did not have any food but what we saw looked really good.

This brewery is awesome. The beer list here is full of styles other breweries wouldnt dare attempt. They make beer fun again. Throw in knowledgeable servers like Jake and this is a top notch brewery experience. Drink their beer! You won’t be disappointed.
