Carter's Plumbing is fantastic!! The spout in our bathtub flew off yesterday and I called to see if someone could take a look at it to determine the issue. Less than 24 hours later, a plumber named Jordan completely replaced the spout with a brand new chrome spout and it actually works now. Carter's Pluming is fast, reliable, and best of all - they have integrity. We will definitely use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

I had a water heater pipe repair done by Joel S., and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided.
Joel arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem with my water heater pipe. He explained the issue in detail and provided a clear and reasonable estimate for the repair. Throughout the process, Joel was courteous and respectful, ensuring that I understood each step he was taking.

Jason was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my current issue, he pointed out some other things that, in an old lake cottage, should probably be upgraded. Not a hard sell either, which I appreciate.
We've used another company for years, but I had problems with them and didn't know who to call. I read great reviews on Carter's Plumbing and am extremely happy with my decision to call them!

Trevor worked hard all day. He was very polite and conscientious about his work. He replaced a complete tub faucet and shower housing in our second floor tub. Even though he had to cut a hole in the closet, he was very meticulous about cleaning up the area when the work was complete. On the first floor, he repaired a toilet. The phalange was cracked and he
discovered the original had been cracked and left in place by a previous plumber. In order to fix the toilet properly, he needed to rebuild the pipes in the basement. By the end of the day, everything was in working order, and the house was clean again.
Trevor did an awesome job, and I would highly recommend him for future plumbing work.
