Becca, and the whole salon, is wonderful. I had a root mishap with someone at a different salon and it threw me for a loop. Becca added some beautiful blonde ribbons and baby lights to mask the root issue until it was time for my root touch-up (she had the health and integrity of my hair in mind). I went 6 weeks later for a root touch-up and she blended everything seamlessly. No more root color line, no more hot roots (and they were HOT roots). The cut was great as well. From the time I walked in the first time, I am greeted kindly. The prices are good and I am very happy. Thank you Chaos and Becca!

This was my first visit to Chaos Salon. I'm beyond impressed and relived to find the Master Stylist Morgan. My hair has been changing as I age. It went from board straight to wavy, it's thinning and I really felt like I was trapped in a hair style. Morgan took the time to listen to all of my concerns about my hair and we worked as a team to figure it a new style. Morgan's creativity really shined as she gave me a new style. She also checked in with me regularly about how much I wanted to take off and explained to me what it would like. At the end of the appointment she told me that she had checked my scalp for any signs of baldness. I was so amazed no other stylist I've had has actually checked the scalp. Morgan showed me how to style my hair and gave me her instagram in case I got stuck. A true professional.My whole experience was phenomenal I was welcomed and given a tour and made to feel right at home. I've already recommended Chaos to several friends. I am in love with Chaos! I requested an appointment for dealers choice to get my hair dyed. I wanted to have someone else decide what would look good on me and just do whatever they wanted. I have ZERO REGRETS, and I am totally in love with my hair!! Jessica did my hair and she did such an amazing job I can’t wait to go back and have her play around again!

The stylist I had used to live in Alaska ! Her personality was so warm and her talent at working with her was phenomenal. My hair looks great for the events I am attending this weekend. I thank you so much for The time that you spent with me and also the conversation. My Hair thinks you too and I think I will be purchasing that product you used to make it look shiny!

First off, everyone there is super friendly and I love the vibe here. Second, my hairstylist, Jess, was super attentive and worked her magic. She asked about what previous times I've had my hair dyed and the experience with it, she asked what color I wanted and mixed up three versions and let me pick which shade of the color I liked the most, and made sure I understood the process as it was happening. It was honestly the best experience I've had, at previous places Ive gone to they asked me for more that what they told me to pay (we had conversations via email about the process and what the price would be so I wouldn't be surprised), the colors weren't close to what I wanted even tho I showed a picture, and the dye lasted less than a week. Even tho, I made sure to not wash my hair for two days, used cold water and shampoo that is good with colored hair. Another place tried to talk me out of what I wanted because it was different for her. That may have been on me, I went to someone that does normal hair colors and not fun colors. I didn't think it would matter, but the whole time I felt uncomfortable from her trying to talk me out of it. I won't go anywhere else after the experience I had. Jess was clearly excited with me on my choice and even made sure I knew the pricing for the session during the consult and stuck to it. Seriously, the best experience I've had. Amazing customer service, amazing work, amazing employees!
