Excellent͏ point person for new construction
Christina helped us build a new home. She worked with us from start to finish. It was our first time building so we had a lot to learn along the way, but Christina was always there to help us. Whenever we needed something, she was available, seemingly 24/7, to jump on the issue and work towards a solution. When we began the process last December, we were told it would take about a year. Our new house was ready in 10 months and we ended up closing a week before our rate lock expired, a big part of which I'm sure is from Christina pushing the process along to make sure we made our deadlines!

Christina is an outstanding real estate agent and she helped our family get into the perfect home. She continues to help us months after the sale completed. Christina knows the metro Detroit area very well and is very responsive to calls/texts.

Christina was not our agent, but worked for the builder so we had to use her. Often during the process we would ask questions and the answers Christina would give turned out to be untrue. It became clear she would just guess instead of saying let me check. And the times she said she would check we simply would not get answers.

Update: found out later she was not a truthful person. Things she blamed on others was actually her fault. Very disappointed. Removed my previous review.
