Great experience from beginning to end. Very helpful over the phone, email and text reminders. I had two couches and basement carpet cleaned. Great tech, quick and efficient. Sent out two rugs for cleaning, they picked up and dropped off while I was at work. They look like new rugs again. Fairly priced, highly recommend to anyone.

John did a great job on our floors! The carpet looks brand new again and there isn’t a speck of dirt left on our tiles (until my son comes home 🤦🏼♀️😂) He was very respectful of our home and nice to talk to. We will definitely be repeat customers!

My Samsung French Door refrigerator flooded my kitchen. It was a very big job. Thomas and Michael were very knowledgeable. They brought in all of the tools to determine where the water traveled. I felt very confident that all would be well. THANK YOU Duo Care.
