First time client yesterday. I purchased the 60 massage and the 60 minute facial and both were very very good. Emily did my massage. She was very professional and applied just the right amount of pressure. Yuki did my facial for me. I love that she explained everything to me that she was going to do and even showed me the products she was using and why. I went in feeling extremely stressed and tensed and came out feeling AMAZING! I will definitely be returning. No complaints here.

When I entered(10 minutes early) I was rushed into a room, not provided any waivers or paperwork to fill out and got scolded because I was early.
Masseuse was extremely rude. Constantly on her phony throughout my massage (which made me uncomfortable as they have you undress -obviously). She opened the door several times and left the room leaving me exposed. It was overall a terrible and unprofessional experience.
Joyce was very rushed, rude and made the experience not great.
I booked a 60 massage and a 40 minute facial. The Facialist stated that I had to buy 30 more minutes for $20 because it was not enough time. I bought the additional minutes because at that point I wanted to get the most I could out of this experience. However the additional minutes seemed to be used for a scalp massage.
Yuri was very nice and sweet but she needs to work on her technique! I’ve had professional facials before and I don’t know any of them that use biore products. Very strange.

I got the 60min Deep Tissue massage with Emily, HIGHLY recommend her!
She was fantastic. If you’re looking for someone with heavier force and deep rubbing, while also relaxing, she was great! Very intentional with all the pressure points and start to finish enjoyed the process. Very happy she wasn’t ‘too’ gentle lol. Much needed, can’t wait to hopefully see her again. Thank you!!

In December of 2023 I committed to 12 months of self-care and I followed through! Lilly is amazing and I am going to continue to make massage a part of my self-care routine. I unhesitatingly recommend the two therapists (Lilly & Lina) that I've worked with. Both are excellent massage therapist.

I purchased the $130 60 min massage and 40 min facial with hot stones. The massage started off great until the lady asked me if it's okay for the facial estitician to come in and start my facial early while the massage person finishes. I said "no thanks, I want to relax for the full massage and do them separately" the massage person then replys "oh well the estitician wants to leave early today" then they proceeded to do it anyway! The facial estitician comes in making all sorts of noise setting up machines. She didn't say a word to me other than asking if I had any allergies. She didn't even ask what kind of facial I wanted. She just started putting things on my face.
At one point, she got one of the lotion/soaps in my mouth. She was quite rough on my face, and this was not relaxing at all. She didn't do any extractions and did the whole facial in the dark room with the same lighting as the massage.
Not only did she interrupt my massage, but she basically just washed, exfoliated, and put on moisturizer and rushed as fast as she could so she could leave.
This was not like any facial I have ever had, and I will not be going back.
