My little family of 4 have been patients at FWC for about 3 years now. Dr. Jen and her staff have helped us through senior pet loss, new kitten reception, injuries, and regular old coughs and colds and checkups. We really value the personal relationships and lack of corporate vibe. We feel that everyone we interact with is not only knowledgeable but also caring and sincere. We’ve referred two other cats to FWC and will continue to sing their praises and appreciate such a wonderful business is available to us in GR!

I have been going to Feline Wellness Center for a little over two years and have had nothing but positive experiences. It's evident that everyone who works there genuinely cares about your pet. Their team has always been available to answer any questions I've had over the years through phone calls and emails. My cat is VERY nervous around people, and Dr. Jen treats him with so much kindness and gentleness. She works very efficiently and is clearly an expert at her practice. She's also very kind to me and has been happy to answer the ample amount of questions I've asked her over the years. I also appreciate that Dr. Jen NEVER pushes services you don't need; It's evident that she sees you as a person and not just a customer. I am so grateful for FWC and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly (it feels like family over there). Dr Jen is knowledgeable and always puts pet health above profit and above anything else. When many others (including expensive emergency services) have failed, she has always been the one to save my pets. If anyone can find a solution or manageable treatment for a complicated or perplexing case, it’s her. She also has something that a lot of vets surprisingly lack: empathy and compassion for the actual animals she treats.

I first met Dr. Jen many years ago when she rescued some neighborhood cats, removed them from the mean streets, and put them up in the posh accommodations at Crash's Landing/Big Sid's. She became the primary care giver to my two favorite fellas, Westley and Dillinger, some years back and we wouldn't trade her for the world!! No one loves cats like Dr. Jen. Feel confident that you're getting THE BEST treatment in her care.
