I’m 27 years old and business owner and have been pretty clueless when it comes to taxes until I started working with Fram & Fram! Talal didn’t file my already late taxes. I contacted him several times about this issue. He claimed that something was wrong with the program he was using. He said he would reimburse my late fees after I already paid it. I haven’t seen any reimbursement as of yet.
He insisted that I had to put my “already taxed” alimony on my returns. I showed Talah my filed Divorce Agreement that I do NOT have to claim it on my taxes since my ex-spouse has to file the alimony. Also, I showed him the government page stating that I do NOT list my pre-taxed alimony.
When I asked for a copy of my return, he said he will send it to me. I am still waiting to receive this, as well.
I have all of our correspondences to back my claim.
