Walking through the doors of Fresh BJJ has been one of the most positively impactful decisions in my adult life. I felt welcomed on day 1 and the dojo quickly felt like home. Professors Fresh, Rick, and Kory are extremely knowledgeable and relay the information in a precise and complete way that allows you to grasp the concepts easily and even passively. I look forward to every day I train here and I’m excited to continue my journey with professor Fresh. In addition there are brown and purple belt instructors with vast knowledge and varying styles to help you mold your own style over time.
I should also add that the establishment is cleaner and more thorough in hygiene than any place I’ve ever trained, including commercial gyms.
The skills I’ve gained in jiu jitsu throughout my 2 years here have helped make me more resilient to life’s challenges, and I have no doubt that the reason is the instructors and teammates I’ve been blessed with.

I recently completed a women’s self defense course with Professor Fresh and was really impressed! I’ve taken several courses over the years and found a ton of value in the material and defensive moves that were taught. We talked a lot about the mindset before getting started to prepare ourselves for the physical portion. I appreciate the number of instructors present - it allowed for clear direction and the opportunity for a ton of repetition. It was work and it was worth it. I plan to take the second course! This is an amazing school. Instructions are the real deal. You will learn excellent jiu jitsu here. It's also a very welcoming place where it feels like family. Learn together roll together. I love this place.

Having no previous martial arts experience, I found Fresh BJJ to be a friendly and welcoming place. Professors Fresh, Rick, and Cory teach according to a curriculum that is digestible and appropriate for all skill levels. In my 6 months there, I have seen a high amount of growth among the students.
Furthermore, there is a community element to the gym. The students themselves are warm and welcoming.
Finally, it is immaculately clean. I have never been to a cleaner exercise establishment.
I look forward to training there every week, and if you are interested in the martial arts, you can’t go wrong with Fresh BJJ.

Fresh Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu shows you how to survive on the mats and in real life, should you ever need to. The school offers experiences other than this school does. And the people who stay will be ready to toughen their bodies, but more so their minds.
