I joined CrossFit four months ago, and the coaches are phenomenal! They are excellent at providing alternative exercises, which is helpful since I'm a beginner with some health issues. The workouts are intense, but they contribute to my personal growth and foster a sense of achievement. I've noticed improvements in both my endurance and strength. CrossFit has been the best treatment for my physical and mental health.

I recently joined CrossFit and am nearing the two-week mark. The experience has been incredibly positive, thanks in large part to the fantastic coaching team. Despite starting from a low fitness level, I've received great support and guidance. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring that I engage in the right workouts tailored to my capabilities with appropriate variations. The sessions are demanding and require a solid commitment, but they're also fun and present a healthy challenge. I would highly recommend CrossFit to both beginners and seasoned athletes alike. A special thanks to Coach Craig and Jesse for their exceptional support and assistance.

Amazing gym all around. The equipment is well maintained. The gym is clean. The people are amazing, and the coaches adapt to your level of physical fitness to help you a give your goals. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

What an amazing gym! I get it, crossfit does carry a certain "stigma" and it can be intimidating to an outsider. I know personally, I was on the fence about joining for over a year and finally I got the courage to join one of their free classes and I'm so happy I did. The only regret I have is not joining sooner. The coaches are all great and everyone I've worked out with is great too. I'm thankful for KVCF and am so happy I joined. If you are on the fence like I was, I highly suggest jumping in with both feet, you will be happy you did.

Thank goodness for bring a friend week, I was able to witness first hand what this very structured establishment is about. Boy did they put me through a workout, and that's what I was there to do. Their coaches and even their clients are all there to help you, I've never felt so motivated by everyone surrounding me, all while being able to go at my own pace. This isn't the place to flip tires, though I'm pretty sure you could flip a car with a little time with their structured training. I'll be signing up for this program soon, so should you!
