I met Kim at a local farmers market. My entire family loves everything she makes - and she is able to adapt to all of our dietary restrictions without compromising taste! Kim is our go to for holiday and celebration desserts.
My mom, aunt, and I took one of her cooking classes and we loved it! All of our experienced at preparing meals and we thoroughly enjoy it, and Kim was able to elevate our time in the kitchen by sharing some simple tricks to improve the process and taste. We can’t wait to take another class!

I have ordered from Kim several times now and she always works hard to accommodate to our dietary needs. So far I have ordered Lemon hand pies and also a Gluten free dairy free egg free Cake. Photo below and yes it did taste as good as it look . I highly recommend you try her goods.

I brought a group of 6 and had a fun evening.
It was a private class tailored just for us. Kim is very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Our stuffed cabbage was yummy! We loved the sauce we made. The mashed potatoes were delicious with sour cream added. She answered our questions and even tried a suggestion to a different technique! I highly recommend giving her a try! Our next venture? Possibly pizza!

Kim's baked goods are delicious. I recently had her sourdough bread which was perfectly done. For a sweet treat, the apple hand pies are amazing, and the chocolate covered caramel pretzels are to die for!
And Kim's Cooking Creations is more than just amazing baked goods. Her cooking classroom is fantastic. It's well-equipped with everything you need to learn new skills, from basic knife work to advanced techniques. The space is also really versatile - it can handle small, intimate classes or larger groups learning together.

My son and I attended Chef Kim’s “Kids’ Valentine’ Class” to make heart-shaped cookies and chocolate covered pretzels. The class was 1.5 hours long and took place in Kim’s basement. First of all, her basement kitchen looks like a professional teaching kitchen with everything organized, clean, and well-laid out. My son and I learned a lot of tips about baking from how to get an accurate over temperature reading, measuring ingredients, and melt chocolate. We had a great time and the cookies and pretzels turned out wonderfully! We’re looking forward to taking more classes with Chef Kim!
