Great sourdough baking class!! Ed & Kim made the whole process look easy and we had a great time! We left with a starter, dough to bake the following day and great instructions. We also tried the bread Ed put in the oven at the very beginning of class (photo of Kim with that gorgeous loaf)

The sourdough class was so much fun! I took it with my husband parents for my mom's birthday. The teacher, Ed, was super informative and we had a blast! It felt like cooking with friends. Cooking with Kim and Ed felt like hanging out with friends. Best baking class I've ever been to!

Such a great evening, learning about sourdough bread and the starter. Chef Ed was extremely detailed with his recipe and directions. Feel confident that I could do this on my own going forward. I’ve taken a few cooking classes and this is by far the most education I have received. It’s hands-on and you learn a lot more than just the recipe you’re working on.

I met Kim at a local farmers market. My entire family loves everything she makes - and she is able to adapt to all of our dietary restrictions without compromising taste! Kim is our go to for holiday and celebration desserts.
My mom, aunt, and I took one of her cooking classes and we loved it! All of our experienced at preparing meals and we thoroughly enjoy it, and Kim was able to elevate our time in the kitchen by sharing some simple tricks to improve the process and taste. We can’t wait to take another class!

We recently attended Ed's Sour Dough Bread class and it was excellent. In addition to teaching us how to use and maintain sour dough starter, he provided great tips for future success. For example, having an oven thermometer to ensure the temperature of your oven and heating the pot in which sour dough bread will be cooked as part of the oven preheating process.
We highly recommend this class if you want to get a great sour dough starter and begin making your own beautiful and tasty bread.
