Lansing Elite Dental is a great place to go for dental care. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They’re professional but also really down-to-earth, which helps take the stress out of dental visits. The office is clean and modern, and they offer pretty much everything you might need, from routine cleanings to more complicated stuff. Plus, they make scheduling really easy. If you’re looking for a place that takes good care of you and your teeth, this is definitely worth checking out!

I went to an appointment this morning after confirming my appointment via their automated text reminder system, and was told that the hygienist with whom I originally scheduled quit and that my appointment was therefore moved from 8am to 10am. I've been going to this practice for about 5 years and have always had a fine experience. I don't know if they're going through transition pains from Dr. Hagerty retiring, but the administrative side of things at the practice is currently a mess. I received a text from them to call their office the day before my appointment, which I did, and left a voicemail because no one answered the phone. I never received a call back and they said they never received my message. Hoping they are able to iron out these inconsistencies quickly, because there is nothing elite about administrative chaos, and working parents who have to go through the exercise of figuring out morning logistics every time someone has an appointment require administrative excellence from the practices from which they receive service.

I have been a patient at your office for over 20 years, and while I recieve the best care, I feel that over the years the atmosphere has changed. I have no complaints about the dental work, but I do not care to find a different hygienist assigned to me often and in my recent visit I was assigned to a new dentist. My honest thought is when I start every visit, the goal is to find enough reasons to use as much money as someone can squeeze out of my insurance benefits. I get offered optional services, for example, Flouride treatments, but now I pay extra for them. The people are friendly, but I do not feel as a loyal or treasured client of so many years. The visit is friendly, but then so are the waitresses I meet in restaurants on vacation.

As a new patient I must say it was one of the most enjoyable dental experiences I’ve had. The dental hygienist C. was not only professional, comprehensive and informative, but had a great sense of humor! Dr. S listened to my concerns and was flexible in treatment planning based on my feedback. The practice accepted my insurance which was a real plus.

Excellent service and attention to detail. First visit was extremely good from the lady at the front desk to my dentist and doctor who came in. Apologies for not remembering names but you gained a repeat customer and client for sure!
