This isn’t your typical back crack shack! Dr Bohemier is amazing at what he does and further more he truly cares about you getting better. I think he gets more excited about me getting better than I do lol.
The philosophy here is to get your body out of its own way and let it heal on its own and I absolutely love this. There is so much offered here in the way of natural healing and avoiding, if possible, pharmaceuticals. From diet plan and recipe books to essential oils and their benefits (I was very skeptical of oils before coming here). They have also offered FREE educational seminars about chemicals and toxins in the home. It’s difficult to list all their techniques because not all may be right for you, he is very careful about putting the correct information in your path, the rest is up to you.
This place is akin to getting a personal trainer on how to live a healthier lifestyle after being inundated by fast food and bad screen time posture.
If you are looking to better your life style and are willing to put in the work on your end (not just expecting chiropractor to be a magical pill for you) then this is the place for you. I have enrolled all 5 of my family members into his program, kids ranging from 7-14 because of how much I believe in this system and how much it’s already helped me in just 30 days.

Edit: I edit to add that the ladies that work the front are of the sweetest and kindest people. If there was ever a place that made me feel like I was walking into the show “cheers” this is the place.

I'm new to the whole chiropractor deal but let me tell you all, this is a wonderful kind and welcoming place and calm to teach and show and tell you what needs to be done to make one feel and heal better. Dr. Steph is soft spoken and walks you threw everything and answers all your questions and gental touch. The Women are kind and caring and helpful with and questions or concerns too. This is a place for whole body mind and sole healing. Come check them out.

I am so happy with the care that I have received at Legacy Family Chiropractic. Heather and Abby are so helpful and the knowledge that Dr. Steph has is just amazing! I sought them out due to neck pain and their thoroughness found another issue that could have led to a far different road. I came to Legacy Family Chiropractic about a month ago. With extreme shoulder and elbow pain. I was taking lots of pain meds. In a month’s time I am 75% better and taking no pain medication. Since starting care at Legacy Family Chiropractic in just 4 weeks I have made nice progress in getting my spine closer into alignment. I believe it's been the encouraging words and friendly staff at Dr Steph's Max Living clinic and how he is a teacher every time I go in that has made a difference in my progress. He reminded me that the more I worked at it the better so I wanted to give it my all and believing that I could heal and reverse my situation because he made it easy to understand how our bodies can heal when we develop better posture and do the in home care exercises regularly. The regular encouragement and helpful staff and gentle adjustments make it a nice experience to go there. It was recommended that I visit a Max Living clinic because of the getting to the root of the problem mindset and understanding that we can be empowered by improving life style choices and habits and limiting stress and regular exercises all complete the big picture of any health condition that you are facing. I sleep better, my energy has improved and am reminded regularly about eating healthy in a non pushy or intimidating manner. I recommend this care and am glad to have learned of their clinic.
