I found this salon because a friend of mine gets her hair done here, and spoke very highly of Rose. I scheduled an appointment for lash extensions with her, but before doing so I chatted with her about what my desired look was. I was *very* specific that I did NOT want long lashes, but instead full lashes. I wanted my natural length or close to it, and just a very full lash. Rose reassured me she could do that, and even commented that she is the same way (liking shorter but fuller lashes). My appointment took about two hours, and Rose reiterated before starting that I still wanted short lashes. So I thought we were on the same page, but I should have asked to see the lashes before we started. The lashes are exactly what I did not want… they’re so long that when my eyes are open I can feel the tips against my eyelid. I do not have small/narrow eyes so it’s unfortunately not a matter of me being especially picky- they’re simply long lashes. I didn’t say anything to her when we finished up because again I should have asked to see the lashes to confirm what was being done. I own that 100%.
Less than 30 hours later and gobs of the lashes are falling out. I absolutely expected shedding, because I know that’s normal, but this is above and beyond; the entire corner of one eye is gone.
The reason I’m giving this 3 stars and not 1, is because Rose was very nice.

I got a color correction done by Anna Goins after a home dye job went poorly. She really took her time and did an awesome job, I’m so happy with how it looks especially after what I came to her with. Not only does it look good but it still feels healthy most importantly.

I absolutely loved this place. Such a vintage feel very friendly. Anna did an amazing job on my hair I love it. I will definitely come back

Disappointed I had a scheduled appointment for 4:30 I was told when I walked in that Anna was just finishing up with a client. 25 mins later, my time is valuable too. Not even an update on how much longer and very uncomfortable chairs to wait in for a long time.

Lilly Spoor did an amazing job on my daughters nails and mine. She's very nice, great at what she does and she was amazing with my daughter and showed her everything before she did her nails.
