I highly recommend this business to everybody. The gentleman that helped me was so prompt and thorough. He replaced my phone screen and camera under 20 minutes on a holiday weekend. His pricing was fair. I will definitely be back for any future device repairs!

Beautiful. Fast is an understatement. The quality of the work was top notch. It’s a no frills place with a professional who gets straight to it. I wasn’t gouged on the price I payed for a cracked LCD screen on my iPhone which was fixed in about 40 minutes and no attempt was made to upsell me on any of their products. I appreciated that and will absolutely come back if I ever have a problem with any of the electronics they service.

One star for the employee (#1) who didn't fix my phone properly, and 5 stars to the employee (#2) who helped me learn how to fix it myself.
I specifically told #1 to please take their time, go slowly, make sure not to damage anything, dont miss anything...etc...I had all afternoon free, and was willing to wait for a quality job.
Guy #1 comes out LESS THAN 1O MINUTES LATER with my phone. Screen is smaller display, and FAR less colors. tells me this is normal, OEM screens are impossible to find. Well, that screen ended up giving me 3 migraines and 2 weeks recovery time. It gave me eye strain within minutes, and a growing headache the longer I used it.
Guy #1 did not have me verify if the phone was making calls correctly, but later that day and the following days, I learned of many functionality issues that he caused.
Earpiece speaker was rattling with peoples voices, speaker phone speaker was rattling with voices and music, phone screen would immediately turn off when making a call, voice command and my own voice was not able to be heard well on calls due to loud ambient noise, and haptic feedback and vibrations were rattling.
I asked several different times for my phone to be put back to working, non damaging order, or my money back, but guy #1 "has a business to run" and wanted to charge me an additional 50 dollars.
After my 3rd migraine, I got fed up, and came back into the store, when to my surprise, guy #2 was in (i didnt know there was more than one employee) and had such a lovely demeanor. He was calm, relaxed, and very informative. I had some questions, and he answered as well as gave plenty of advice. because of his guidance I felt empowered to try and fix my phone myself.
I have never done this before, and found a youtube video and a electronics repair toolkit. Followed the video step by step, and some helpful comments, and in about ONE hour, I fixed all the issues my phone had, including cleaning corrosion left untouched by guy #1.
These were all the mistakes guy #1 made with my phone...
-didnt transfer two different shroud pieces (light sensor and microphone issue cause)
-didn't transfer padded backing for the earpiece speaker
-didn't transfer dampening tape for vibration motor
-didn't transfer speakerphone padding.
If a younger part-time guy is at the counter, have him help you, but I cannot recommend older guy #1, tall short dark hair.

Very sloppy job. I took the iPad a month ago for a screen fix, and as soon I saw glue all over it, I knew something was not right. After trying multiple chargers and usb connections, the iPad won't charge. It seems glue gotten to the USB connection. Called, and no support provided. Avoid this place at all costs.
To answer the owner, why wait a month, people travel.
