I just had a sump pump and waterproofing installed by Michigan Basements. They did a great job. My project took a bit longer than anticipated (no fault of Michigan Basements). I had to have another contractor come in and complete work in the middle of their job and they worked with me along the way. They kept in constant contact so I always knew what was going on. Everyone was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. Jeff the contractor is knowledgeable and thorough. He evaluated the whole basement and determined what the issue was and how to fix it. Within a few weeks the workers had come out to our home, placed the piping, discharge pipe and added the sump pump. Explained to me how the sump pump drains and what to do if an issue occurred. I can not thank this company enough for fixing this issue and being as efficient as they were. Anyone that uses this company will not be disappointed!

Michigan Basements came out to my home and did a great job. They were prompt, they're prep work getting the area of the basement sealed off from the rest to prevent getting dirty was terrific. They're foreman was friendly and extremely helpful, offering to stop all work if I had any concerns or questions. The workers took they're time making sure everything went back to the way it was before they came. I would Highly recommend this company. As a fellow business owner, I only hope my team represents my company as well as these men represented Michigan Basements.

I would highly recommend this company to assist with basement waterproofing. The crew James, Noel and Martin did an amazing job on my basement. Chris and Matt were also great to work with and answered all of my questions. Job was very clean and professional. All team members were knowledgable about what they were doing. Joyce was the scheduler and made sure I received my warranty and paid invoice after the project was complete.Would highly recommend. So happy I chose this company.

The owner is beyond helpful and amazing! He answered my call after hours and coached me through a problem without even charging me! He helped me find a company who services my area since it was out if his territory! I highly recommend this honest and loyal business owner!
