I tanned at this particular location for years while I lived in the area and then referred my daughter who is now living in that same area, to go try it out. She immediately didn't think the bulbs were as strong as others, but wanted to give it a fair shot. Ultimately she has discovered a place that fits her needs more, so she is choosing to leave Midnite. She was told at time of sign up that there was a 2 month commitment was all that was required to sustain a package here, and now they are telling her that it's 2 months plus your first month. It sounds to me that the employees are not nearly as knowledgeable as they should be while signing people up for packages. And then to use my daughters name in a response to another reviewer? Who does Midnite think they are?! This is not how a good standing business handles miscommunication.
The simple fact that you go on and bash every review that isn't favorable towards you, says a lot about how you handle your business. You may want to be careful whos name you type next in a review.
Don't waste your money here.

Horrible bulbs, achieved no color & was told by employees to switch to a new salon. Terrible customer service as well. Am not allowed to cancel until my 2 month mark has passed, which it has & they still will not allow me to cancel. Super disappointing. I advise you to take your business elsewhere, Midnite Sun is not worth the extremely high price point for such a low quality experience.

These tanning bulbs are no better than fluorescent light bulbs. And, good luck cancelling. When I asked staff why I am unable to hold or build a tan here, I was informed by multiple members that they themselves actually don’t tan at this location, because the lamps are so old and the beds suck. I was literally told to go elsewhere.
Upon sign up, I was told I was locked in for two months. I try to cancel after two months, because I got a membership at Solana (great beds by the way!) and they inform me that I actually have to stay for two months PLUS my first month. What a joke. On top of that, the “corporate email” actually told me that “Its possible there is something on your skin that is prohibiting you from achieving a bronze color.” For reference, I own $120 Designer Skin tanning lotions and have been tanning for 6 years. It’s the beds guys, maybe re-lamp more than once every 1000 hours.
I have never been blamed for lack of color, especially after avid tanning for two months. Nor have I ever been called a liar, when stating the cancellation policy I was told, by a corporate professional until tanning at Midnite Sun.
I will tell you, exactly as couple staff members at the Celebration Location told me “If you want to get tan, TAN ELSEWHERE!”
Let me be clear, SLANDER includes using my name negatively in this review thread on someone else’s post. It makes complete sense that your staff’s customer service is laughable, they learned it from the owners.

Super high prices .
You would think they would catch on .
Like the beds are basic, prices are through the roof and yet they still can't treat people with any type of respect.
Avoid this place if possible.
If not be prepared to be treated as if your asking them for a favor instaid of a person bringing business to their establishment.

Clean, convenient, & affordable (with a package, the least expensive one is sufficient for me). I recently added the Red Light therapy bed, I feel amazing. Skin is tighter & brighter and excellent for the "winter blues".
I want to thank Bianca for today. I was stressed & running late, it was close to closing time. She had a great disposition and was super patient and accommodating. She stayed way later than she had to for me to tan & red light, on a Saturday! This changed the whole trajectory of my day. Thank you so much!
