Quality beds and always fresh bulbs… I just wish staff was a little friendlier/more upbeat. Often they seem very run down and OVER it.

Went there the other day as my old tanner closed down. Found out they only do monthly subscriptions and was a little turned off by it. I prefer to buy minute packages as I might not be consistent. i payed 10$ for a session and when they were putting my in the system they asked me to sign the keypad twice. I was a little turned off by signing for god knows what. During this I was told they do 20 min sessions and I quickly said yes please 20 min. Got back to the bed and it had 15 min on the counter. Woke up the next morning and had no redness or color. So either they turned down its strength or have old bad bulbs. Keep in mind that I hadn't seen a tanner in over a month and was pasty. I should have been burnt at least a little. I left there feeling that they have no concept of earning someone's business. I'll go elsewhere!

I loved Missy. I will go back just because of her. That woman is awesome. Although I couldn't do the teeth whitening because it was painful to me it does actually work. Others have done the process and it didn't bother them not one bit but I maybe extra sensitive. Definitely visit this business. The ladies are so nice

Terrible customer service from management when contacted. Treats customers with little respect. There are better options to give your money to.
Edit - Since the narrative is that I wasn't willing to meet my end of the agreement, I will share the actual context of the messages that made me feel compelled to leave a review.
I came out of the gates swinging a bit (admittedly) since I did not recall that there was a frozen cost and was frustrated with the charges. However, I conceded the charges and asked for a refund of the charge that was made on August 1, 2023, since I had contacted on August 1, 2023 and that I want my account terminated, not frozen. The refund request for August was in good faith, and there was no "above and beyond" here. The tone here was, "That's my money now."
You are correct, you told me in email that there would be debits, but to say you spelled it out "clearly" is a bit of an overstatement. Exact text from the email in Nov 2022:
Hi Sean
I went ahead and froze you and put the difference from this monh draft into your pre paid mem account which will go towards future debits .
Hope to see you soon- hopefully by the holidays !

There is no description of what those future debits will be, there is no policy regarding this on your website, nor did I agree to the future debits - I never responded to that email. Again, that is on me, and I am okay with the charges; it's the point of how you responded via email as well as not being willing to refund the money you debited when you were contacted the same day and it being the first of the month.

I used it for a month. They have contracts that can only be cancelled in the location. And every time I have been in any location they tell me they can't cancel it! What is going on?! I just want it cancelled!! Had I known how much of a scam this is I would have never signed up! This is not worth it at all!
