I am seriously so happy here, Especially with Tiler! She has helped me immensely with what I wanted to achieve for a tan in a seriously tight time frame. She was very patient and didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked questions about certain beds

Every time I come to this alpine or cascade location these two employee have the open sign on at 10 am but never unlock the doors until after 10:05 sometimes 10:10 which thise 5-10 minutes matter when I work right down the road which I am always late for work due to this alpine location manager I tried to talk to the manager however when I asked if there was a manager she said she was the manager she looks about 17 lol time to end my 5 year membership Tyler is her name they need better management

First I absolutely love the alpine location. Before and after the move. Workers there are great! I have been coming to the alpine location for many many years, even before they switched over to Midnite sun. I have also worked for them. I purchased a face lotion in November right before they closed to move buildings. I wasn't able to go tanning at other locations because of the time I work. I pay for this location so i had to wait months to use it. Right away when they reopened The top of the bottle broke (twist top) They refuse to replace it or do anything because I bought it in Nov. After being told by their employees that that bottle has been known to brake they still sold it to me and won't replace the full bottle. So sad after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to their company for many years. Loyal guest with no other complaints and that's the service I received.

I signed up for a all inclusive bed and sunless tanning that is not what I received. They gave me sunless tanning only. And want to charge me extra because of there error. I have asked for help fixing my account and no response. So I will be canceling my membership and looking very pasty on my wedding day this Saturday and staff needs to be alittle more understanding . I have left message for management to call me and nothing. Kalamazoo st location.

Well folks...this place earns itself a "they've got it going on", or the manager certainly does. What an awesome young lady she is (and she's hot, guys!). She was so very helpful when I went for my first ever spray tan. Thanks Midnite Sun for assessing my 62 year old white, dead fish looking body and assuring I went on vacation a bronzed bathing beauty!
