HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I only tanned twice after signing up for a one month membership, my second time in, I got super burnt on my whole back side to the point it peeled, it hurt to sit down and it will probably cause permanent Sun damage. I don’t tan often, so I just listened to how long their employees said I should tan for, figuring that’s what she’s trained to do.
I went in two weeks later and asked if they could extend my tanning membership since I missed time from getting burnt.
The employee working, on the day I stopped back in after my burn, said this is the tanning salons mistake and I should have never been put in the tanning bed as long as I was, on my second visit. She then called her manager and the manager said no to my extended time, since I waited two weeks to come back into the salon. I didn’t even ask for a refund, which they should have offered, but only some time back that I missed from their mistake! I signed up for tanning because of a wedding I was going to and didn’t even get to use my membership before the wedding! It took two full weeks for the burn to heal enough until I could go back in.
I’ve never posted a bad review for a businesses before (only good ones) but this is horrible customer service in my opinion! I owned a business for 16 years and never would have treated a customer like this! I won’t go back there to ever tan again!!!

Always a friendly hello when I walk in. Clean beds and booths all the time!! Love the time I spend there ☀️ The staff is also very helpful when choosing which lotion and plan you need!
