5 months ago I was struggling to walk and now I’m starting to run. Before starting at Move as a Human, I was starting to work on my fear of movement (due to the immense pain I had) and then when I started training it only further proved to me that I can be active again without pain. I'm amazed at the progress of 9 weeks and can't wait to see what it will feel like after a year or two of training.

I have been training with Victor, at Move As A Human, for a few years. His knowledge of the anatomy , physiology, and mechanics of the musculoskeletal system is remarkable. His methods and motivation skills are amazing. Every training session is an educational experience, learning to excel.
After undergoing surgery, Victor frequently checked in on me, even though I had to take several months off from training during my recovery. He then designed training sessions specifically to help me return to excellent fitness and endurance. I feel quite fortunate to have found Victor at Move As a Human.

I highly recommend Scott to anyone that is looking for relief. He is a gem of a practitioner. In the 4 months of working with him, he has gone above and beyond with his communication and training. He truly cares about your well-being and is eager to share his knowledge. His techniques have completely changed the way I move and connect with my body. I look forward to every session!
I came to Scott in October 2022 with the following issues:
>> shoulder pain - tingling/numbness in both shoulder blades with light activity, major scapular winging
>> hip pain - walking for prolonged periods would trigger dull deep aches
>> an old ankle injury that would ache and swell 2 years post injury
>> overall poor posture
Today, my hips and ankles are the most stable they have ever been, and my shoulders are tingle free. The photos speak for themselves!

Move As A Human was arguably one of the best things I was introduced to in 2023. Functional Pattern training has changed my life for the better in many more ways than I can explain. I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for as long as I can remember. Considering I’m still in my early 30s, my quality of life was always a worry of mine, wondering what the pain would be like in the years to come. Thanks to Victor, my posture has improved by a long shot, and still continuing to after each visit. I’ve done all types of training from core strength condition to heavy weights. Nothing has compared to FP, not just from the way I feel when I leave, but also my day to day movements. I highly recommend not just those individuals dealing with body pains, but also those who value their quality of life. The whole team here is great!

Victor and the move as human and program has been life changing. Since starting the program my chronic knee pain has disappeared, my acute back pain is no longer present. My posture, core strength, agility has greatly improved. The techniques of this program are simplistic but its impact are phenomenal. Victor is not personal trainer, he felt like a coach that always has encouraging words, he cares about your wellbeing. Victor is attentive, he throughly explains and provides pictures and examples to help you understand how the body moves vertebrae by vertebrae, muscle group by muscle group. 10/10 would recommend! I truly thankful this experience.
