I would not recommend this landscaper.
I had some flooding issues a couple years ago and they built a retaining wall, graded my lawn, and attempted to address draining issues with my lawn.
First the good:
- He was cheaper than the 3 other landscapers that quoted us.
- They came out to work on the wall/grading when they said they would.
- They completed the job quickly.
Now the terrible:
- My retaining wall is leaning and I am pretty sure it is getting worse over time. I am not a landscaper, but I am not sure why a retaining wall should be leaning.
- I was told that they would fix my flooding/drainage issues. While my house is not flooding anymore (which I am very grateful for), the drainage issue is still a big problem. After a hard rain, most of my side yard is underwater.
- Once the project is done, it is next to impossible to get them to come out and address issues with projects that they worked on. When I try to call, I have to leave a message with his secretary to have him call me back. He doesn’t call back.
I should have written this review much sooner, but I generally like to give people a chance to make things right before I write negative things about their business. I’ll definitely take more care in who I hire for big projects going forward.

Not only have they put on a beautiful rock retaining wall for me but.... They took their time and made sure the puzzle was put together. Then Installed and moved trees to make sure the property would look stunning. They helped out with selections of proper trees for proper areas just very knowledgeable thank you again for all your help and making my forever home beautiful

I would strongly recommend looking for another landscaper.
After a septic disaster, we needed to reseed our yard and replant a bed that my father planted 40 years ago. Our budget was $3000. After hearing our wishes, they came back with a $5000 quote. For some reason, we agreed because their reviews seemed good. It took three months for them to start the work.
Although they planted all the plants we agreed to, I had to call them out three times to move plants. Once because they planted a tree that was suppose to grow over 10 feet because it was right under the overhang in the front of the house that is less than 4 feet high. The second time was because some of the plants were placed right next to each other, fingers apart, when they needed to be feet apart. The third time was for bushes that were supposed to frame the garage. They were not centered, and one bush was planted over a foot in front of the other one.
All of these plants were planted on the same day. I am not a green thumb and am not used to plants. Instead of reviewing the their work after the first call, I had to call them back several times when it finally dawned on me that there was an error or it was pointed out to me with someone with better eyes.
The yard workers were completely unprofessional and not knowledgeable. After I had to point out their errors, they yelled at my sister. They also ripped up the yard much farther than what was needed, broke the invisible fence, and left huge spaces where they didn’t bother to put grass seed. It looked very haphazard.
The thing that gets my goat even more is that we paid $130 for them to trim some lilacs. At first, I thought they mistook the wrong plant because they clipped a different bush we hadn’t discussed. After I discussed it with them in person, I quickly got the impression that the worker didn’t understand. I actually did most of the work I was planning on them doing. I painted some branches I hoped they could clip with bright orange spray paint and included pictures and written instructions of what I wanted...and they still didn’t do it.
Even though they caused a couple of hundred dollars in damage, they actually charged us more than the original quote. Over $200 for removing two small bushes and putting a little of the mulch around a bird feeder. We also had to buy a $40 bag of grass seed to fill in every place they missed. They never corrected it even when I addressed it.
I agree with another reviewer that they will do everything they can to do the work when you are not there. They purposely don’t really tell you when they are going to come.
If I can prevent someone else from heartache, this will be worth it. Just go elsewhere.
