I love this place. I’ve be going here since 2017 and I wouldn't change it for anything. My hygienist Val, is like a second mom and I love her dearly. She makes me feel loved, special and safe all in one. Faith and Dr. Neal are also great and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Neil and his entire staff are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and take the time to explain procedures properly. Dr Neil is a very competent dentist and has extensive knowledge of the latest technology and techniques. I feel very confident in his hands!

Ill start off saying that I don't like going to the dentist, always have. But I found Dr. Neal after moving to Kalamazoo when I had a back molar that needed to be cared for asap. They got me in right away that day and I have been going back for all my dental needs. It's a small practice and the staff are all so kind. They are great about giving you price estimates so you aren't surprised.
They also do whatever they can to make you comfortable. My last visit was at 7am and I was just freezing so they brought me a blanket. It was a long appt and due to an injury, I was having neck pain so they brought in a small pillow to support it. It was the most comfortable I have ever been at the dentist. Every single person there are just so kind. They remember your name and make sure you are comfortable and not in pain.

Needed a tooth extraction and was hesitant about the procedure :/ Dr. Neal and his entire staff put me at ease and the process went very smoothly. I would recommend Neal Family Dentistry to anyone looking for top notch compassionate service.

Faith at the front desk is the BEST! Dr. Neil has done all amazing work for my dental needs. I’ve gone to this dentist my whole life and have never had a complaint!
