Called Nu-Way after searching for local carpet cleaning company. The customer service was great and they answered all my questions. They were able to get someone out the same week and the technician did a fantastic job. He was professional and made sure to review his findings with me. The pricing was reasonable but they went above and beyond in quality which made it a great deal. I will be using them quarterly!

Can't recommend this company more! Their prices were great, staff was responsive and friendly, and I got an appointment booked quickly! My technician was Chris and he was super kind, informed me on everything he would be doing, and answered any questions I had. Service was pretty quick and my carpets look great! I'll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Nu-way was great from initial phone contact and email estimate to the upholstery cleaning services that I received. Joe arrived on time and was kind and professional. He steam-cleaned my couch and even helped me reposition it, and did a great job.

Great service from start to finish. Making an appointment was easy. They arrived on time. Carpet looks amazing, especially notable are our 20+ year old carpeted stairs to our basement. They look like new! The rest of the carpet (8 yrs old) look brand new. We’ve been using Nu-Way for years and wouldn’t consider any other carpet cleaners.
