Visited the class today and reminded me how much I need to community to stay motivated! These women were super supportive and the environment is all love which is something I really need as I set out to get healthy. The instructor is a rockstar! Signed up for a full membership on site.

I attended a pose fut class.It was one of the funniest workout cardio classes i've ever been to and I do a lot of zumba. The energy levels are high!!
I was also able to experience Zumba on a 4th of July float with penny loves fitness.
If you want a fun workout class I definitely recommend!

This is the most fun you will have exercising 😜 it is a no judgement zone, just come and let yourself go ! The instructor (Penny Love) will have you jumping off the walls, and you didn't even know you could do that ! The fact that you will hear all the latest music is a bonus !
