We had Precision come out to change out two bathroom fans and relevant switches which were in need of it. Jeff was on-time, professional and personable. He took time explaining what was needed after reviewing the areas I showed him. Great experience and will definitely use them again for either plumbing or electrical. Thanks, Jeff!
We also had a plumbing appointment with Brian this week and the experience was the same. The appointment for plumbing had been about a replacement for a broken outdoor faucet. I had expected just an estimate but Brian was willing and able to do the replacement. Greatly appreciated especially considering this is being written in January 2025. On-time, professional and personable; I'm not sure there's much more you can ask for out of customer service.

Matt did a great job, explained our issue and was very thorough. He even checked our propane level because we weren't able to. He made suggestions for spring tune up which we will do. He provided a great service and we are happy to have our furnace working again. Thank you Matt!

Excellent service! Laura Very friendly when answering the phone to set up appointment! I got next day service and right on time! Service was cut and dry. I was not talked into a bunch of parts that would only be short term fix! Was given appointment next day for a quote on a new furnace! Although I was hoping for a quick fix, I know that would be a not so smart move financially. I recommend precision to anyone! Thank you!

What a great experience! I called after hours about a fix needed in my bathroom, and they called me at 8am sharp the next day. One of their plumbers, Jason R., was to my house within an hour. The fix was fast, Jason was professional, and it was totally affordable. He was also really respectful about my anxious dog. Would recommend!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the work quality and customer service of Precision. We first used them because we had a gas leak in a house we just purchased. Within a couple hours a technician came out to help.
Shortly after that, our house needed all new heating and cooling. The whole team was wonderful to work with from start to finish, and fairly priced.
Their great customer service even extends beyond their work. I was recently driving in an awful snow storm and spun out in a snow bank. By sheer luck, a good samaritan stopped to help and he was wearing a Precision Plumbing and Heating uniform. He saved me from needing to have my car towed and I’m so grateful.
I’d happily recommend them for any of your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.
