I've had more than one really good experience here with Jamie. It is a very welcoming space from the moment you walk in, with a greeting from her sweet, little dog. It is generally pretty quiet in there, and you never really have much of a wait for your appointment time.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Jamie helps to make you feel comfortable and informed if you have never had a service before, or if you are new here. She is quick and efficient, but does a good job. She is also really good with telling you about aftercare, and tips/tricks, offering you products that she has for sale there to continue your aftercare at home.
There are specials, too, if you pay attention to those.

I’ve been seeing Jamie for well over a year and she has been nothing but super awesome, welcoming and sweet! She’s always made me feel comfortable from the first time I met her. I’d totally recommend seeing Jamie for any service she offers :)

I have had 4 services at Refinery Skin and Body in the last month and loved them all! The space is clean and inviting. Jamie was welcoming and professional and made my first sugaring experience comfortable and fun.
I also have had 2 therapeutic massages with Kristen. The massages are the BEST ones I have ever had. I have been wanting to find a massage therapist that I connected with and see on a consistent basis and I am thankful to have found Kristen.
Highly recommend Refinery Skin and Body. They are just opening but I know they will only get better from here ✨🧡✨

Refinery Skin and Body is the absolute best. They are definition of a modern, inclusive, and innovative spa-like space. Jamie is extremely educated and talented. She did a phenomenal job at creating a safe space for everyone seeking (non-hair salon) beauty services. Jamie and her staff provide top notch education to beauty professionals and services to all. Also one of the cleanest spaces around. I highly recommend checking out Refinery Skin and Body for any of your hair removal, facial/skin care, microblading, massage, lash and brow needs!

This place is amazing!! Everybody that works there is an expert in their field. All super friendly and so easy to talk to. Sugaring, skin care, micro blading, etc. don’t go anywhere else for your needs. I absolutely love going there. The best employee by far though is the Boston terrier Olivia ♥️
