Tonya is the best! Totally passionate about helping you feel your best and be able to live your life to the fullest. She takes great care to meet you where you are and is able to figure out what is holding you back from doing the things you want to do. Everyone is an individual and their needs are different. She has a very unique ability to be able to teach you the “why” and the “how” in a way you can understand and grasp. If you don’t understand what she is trying to get across to you she will figure out a different way to explain it that will connect with you. This is a gift that few have and she is a master at it.
She has improved my life and my understanding of how my body works over the past several years more than words can express. She truly is gifted and I feel totally blessed to be her client. I went to see her after an injury and it was the best decision I ever made.

In my opinion Tonya is the best Trainer this side of West michigan! She is all about helping the client achieve maximum results while also educating the client on a healthy lifestyle. Call her she is awesome!!

Tonya is simply a magician!! Within 3 sessions my plantar fasciitis began drastically improving and my lower back pain subsided. I thought my only option was a major surgical procedure with significant recovery time. Now (3 weeks and 6 sessions later) I’m walking better than I have in years and feel very stable and steady on my feet. If you have pain. You owe it to yourself to have a meaningful conversation with Ms. Rocho!!

What I have learned and what Rock Solid has given me is we don’t have to live in pain. After trying everything pills, surgery and all that comes with it. I have found how to live without pain with Tonya’s healing hands and her knowledge of how a body should work. I can’t say enough about what she has given to me!
