Late at night, our toilet overflowed. We called and you were out first thing in the morning. Scott, Corey, Jacob, and one other (sorry, can’t remember the name) were awesome! We had our tank pumped a year ago, however the other company only did the liquid and not the solids. New to having a septic to manage, you don’t know what you don’t know! They helped identify the different chambers, pumped it all, unplugged the drain into the house (that was pretty bad) and were now flowing great. Thank you for being so responsive on short notice, great service, and being gentle on my budget!

I would not recommend these guys.id leave negative stars if I could. I had them come out to my house in Union City because my main sewer line was backing up. So they go down in my basement with there clean out machine and pull back some tree roots they said we'll your line is broken I said well can you put a camera down there and look they said we don't bring our cameras with us unless you ask, I thought to myself ok why would I ask I have no clue, about your job but ok, so I said can you get one coming he said yes so he goes out calls another guy, he shows up puts a camera down there and shows me the roots and goes yup that's the spot let's go out side and find we're it's broken. So we go up stairs and go out side with this machine and start walking around my yard and he says it's right here about 3 1/2- 4 foot deep at the most. I thought well that's not bad I can dig that up. I ask him if we can go look at the camera again and see if we can see past the roots well it dies and he doesn't have any more batteries for it. I thought why come to a job with Dead batterys but ok. so I ask him what he thinks it would cost to dig it up, he tells me around 6k ball park but they would email me a quote. Which by the way they never did. So they left. I started digging... Well after digging a 5 foot deep hole about 3 foot wide over 3 days I never found it so I thought they must be wrong I wonder what else they were wrong about. So I called (D.R drain cleaning) they came right out with all the equipment and looked it all over and come to find out the pipe is 9 foot deep and it wasn't broken it just had a spot we're roots came through my PCV pipe where my PCV pipe connects to the city's clay pipe very common they said . They had all the equipment to clean it and fix it without even digging anything up. Fixed it all right from the pipe. If you want honest work at a amazing price call D.R drain cleaning out of Battle Creek. Because Roto-Rooter changed me top dollar for misinformation that caused me a lot of back-breaking work digging and a waste of my time and money. I'm thankful now they never did send me a quote I probably would have paid them to dig my yard all up for nothing as well ....

Dominic and Jeff are awesome, they went above and beyond our expectations. We had flooding in our basement. Dominic saw the problem was a clogged down spout overflowing in one spot. In the pouring rain, he quickly created a tool to unclog it. Due to the heavy rain that day, they couldn’t do the exterior patchwork. So they covered the area where the leak was outside and made a quick trip to the store to buy material for some interior patchwork to prevent more water coming through. Dominic and Jeff then returned 2 days later to do the concrete patchwork while it was not pouring rain. I was also surprised to see the space they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived. This is our second time using Roto service and we are still pleased and will continue to use their services. Thank you!
