I have chronic pain in my lower back from sciatica. I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Maurice, a friend recommended him. I recently had surgery and went back to work with my body screaming at me. I feel tight everywhere. Unfortunately we weren't able to work everything out at the first appointment but I expected that, there is a lot of work to do. The places that he was able to feel amazing. I have my next appointment set up already that way we can get my body as close to pain free as possible.

I found this place out of the blue and it did not disappoint! Staff were very nice and welcoming. Heather did a great job with my massage and energy work. I loved how detailed she was upfront by asking great questions on what I wanted and needed from my session and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning!

Had a massage from Heather, and she was wonderful! Been having some major issues with my neck and upper back that have been taking a huge toll on my daily life. She managed to work a lot out, and I feel so much better! She's very kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and takes great care with people. I'll definitely be going back!

Highly recommended! Ellis and Chyanne are great therapist and you can tell they really enjoy the work they're performing. Left my partner and I with great advice and tips for after care and we really enjoyed ourselves. We're already planning our next visit. If you need a bit for unwinding and relaxation, this is the place. Very accommodating.

Fantastic experience! I booked an appointment with Heather and it was the best massage I've ever had and I have had a few throughout my life. She took care of the areas I identified to address and she found areas which I didn't know needed attention.
Very pleased with the experience and look forward to the next visit!
