Our kitchen sink had a blockage and water was backing up into the sink over the weekend. This is our first house and we have never had an experience with a plumbing company before. We called here Monday morning and they sent guys out an hour and a half later. Brian and Logan were very nice and professional. They ended up needing to do a bit more than just snaking out the pipe and they explained it all to us and how much everything would cost. They were all finished after about an hour and fixed us all up. The price for service was great and we got a deal for being first time customers! We will be going to them for all our future needs and will be recommending them to all our friends and family! Thanks again Brian and Logan!

I had Brian and Logan over to fix a tub faucet problem! These guys were awesome! I would highly recommend! They were upfront with the cost, and they figured out and fixed the issue really quickly!

I had Sam’s out a few weeks ago, Brian and Harley were the ones who came out to fix my sewer backing up. They Had us cleaned out in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely recommend Sam’s!

Consumer beware!!! Over charged for job and had them out 4 times to fix tub spout. My diverter on the tub spout broke. I had them come out to replace it(spout only) The first set of guys one of which was owners son couldn't get the new spout flush to wall. They told me they would need access to plumbing in wall so, they needed to come back to finish job. I was charged $258.42 for spout only replacement. At the time I had alot going on plus family coming in from out of state. So, I ended up cutting the hole in drywall allowing access to the water pipe for them to finish job. The 2nd set of guys come out thinking they are suppose to replace all the tub/shower fixtures and they cut an even larger hole in wall before I can stop them. After they fix the spout it starts leaking so, 3rd set of guys come out which was the owner and son. They can't stop the leak and need to come back another time with more parts. The owner tried to justify the cost by saying they charge by the book and plus it cost him more money to fix the problem. The son said they would give me a deal on my next plumbing job. I will NOT be using them in the future!!
